How do I submit a refund request? Since Vegas 17 is not working I will go back to 16. I had no problem with Vegas 16. I am using windows 10.

Is there an actual customer support email, phone number, or form? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I'm a longtime Sony Vegas user. I recently upgraded to VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum from 16. It freezes. I"ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No luck. Where do I get help?
Re creating a ticket (VEGAS Help Center):
"Click "SUPPORT New" at the top of this page. Click Ask Support. Choose your issue from "I need help with..."
(Technical problems / Errors: Click the product you are using from the choices provided.)
A list of answers for different issues will appear.
If none of those address the issue click SEARCH FOR OTHER SOLUTIONS.
Type the issue you are experiencing into the search bar provided.
Click FIND A SOLUTION.
Click SEND A SUPPORT REQUEST.
Log into your support account.
Type the description of the issue.
Click CONTINUE.
Fill in the information requested on the next page and click SUBMIT SUPPORT REQUEST."
