VEGAS 19 Build 643 (Update 5) Windows 11 App Bug/Glitch won't open or

Hello Veags staff i'm useing Windows 11 60 Pro bit and i keep runing in to a software glitch/bug where if you have the VegasPro 19.exe on your start bar (Pin to taskbar) the progream won't open but it will show up in task manger (i have no way a showing you a screen shot of TM because i don't know how to do that since i use a 3rd part captureing tool for that stuff

Common problem with Windows 11 the first time after the system boots. Open task manager and kill the process, and Vegas should open normally. Until you reboot again.

That’s one reason I’m not paying to upgrade to v20. This issue has been known about for the entire time Vegas 19 has been released, and they never fixed it. Not acceptable.

Wel;l MAgix needs to get on the bal and fix this issue asap because this is keeping me and a few other from finisheding up projects that due and such more

As I've mentioned a few times on the forum in the past, Vegas Pro is not the only program that occasionally needs to be killed in the Task Manager before being able to be opened from the taskbar or desktop. Over many years, I've had it happening sporadically with quite a few programs (both in W10 and 11) even including one of MS's own programs, Outlook - and it still happens in W11. It also currently happens with iZotope's Product Portal (there are often 10 or so items for it in the Task Manager).

Unless it's specifically known what causes the problem, it's hard to point the blame entirely at MAGIX/Vegas because it could actually be a Windows problem. If it is something in the program's coding that cause the problem, I wonder what is the coding common to Vegas Pro, iZotope's Product Portal and MS's Outlook that causes these programs to linger in the Task Manager to cause such problems?

I Just installed Pro19/636 and the1st thing I see is Perform Update.
So I cancel it and up posts another prompt. And I cancerl that one, too.

But before I cancelled, this was displayed...
