Vegas Capture Generic PnP monitor issue

Vegas Pro 18 build 527, but Movie Studio had same issue. The Webcam video window is fine. The window for the Generic PnP monitor is a digital blizzard. The monitor is an LED tv connected via HDMI. Windows 10 shows only this one monitor. My video card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. Communication issue between Vegas Pro and my PC? Thanks in advance for thoughts.
