I'm sorry, I don't understand how "You can use VEGAS Pro (14.0 and later) simultaneously on 2 devices" if you must "deactivate a device so you can activate a different one"

I'm not affiliate with that site and I don't know which is a better deal, it's up for the buyer to decide. When MAGIX state that a "regular" price is $$$ I wonder does it holds water as it never sells at that price.

You are allowed to have 2 activations with Magix Vegas editions, but not with Steam editions. To activate the software on a 3rd device, deactivate one of the two. Please go to your MAGIX account > My Products. Under your software (VMS 16 P) click Show More Details. And you need to read also this comment.

When MAGIX state that a "regular" price is $$$ I wonder does it holds water as it never sells at that price.

Probably depends on the location where you click that link as my own search goes to the page that "ships to [my area]." The offers on some of their sites mention [1 device], surprisingly.
