Thanks for quick answer but this is not very helpful. I just paid to have a working software and now I am supposed to start spending hours going through dialog boxes and software information. I thought that modern software should be equipped with crash dump having all information about the environment instead of asking user to be an engineer. My engineering hour is very cheap about $80 an hour. Is magix going to pay me?

It's a bit old but many of the sections apply to MS Platinum as well. It probably won't take long to go through it as some of our peer users have come back in less than half an hour informing us that "nothing worked".
