VEGAS Pro 19 (Build 643) Crashes Mid-Render (0xe0434352)

When rendering videos longer than two minutes, I keep crashing in VEGAS Pro 19. Between roughly 7% and 15%, the software regularly crashes during the rendering phase, generating an error known as "Unmanaged Exception" (0xe0434352). The fault always points to the same system file directory: C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll.

Without success, I have carefully tried every answer I could find online to fix this problem. These efforts involve:

Using the control panel "Turn Windows features on or off," activating all versions of the .NET Framework.

Wiping all of VEGAS Pro 19's AppData files to reset user settings and transient data.

Employing the Ctrl+Shift shortcut to return to default settings resets the programme completely.

Device Manager's automatically updating of all available graphics drivers.

DDU can be used to physically refresh graphics drivers.

As certain communities proposed, renaming the file mc_cpu to mc_cpux in the FileIO Plug-ins/mxavcaacplug directory.

In the event that updates fixed this, installing the newest VEGAS Pro 19 versions

Other little system improvements and tests pertinent to CPU and GPU consumption.

I wish to stress that I am not willing to do a Windows install as that procedure resets several system data and can be disruptive.

Crash Logs:

I have noticed that the crash can be specifically triggered when applying certain effects during rendering, particularly the Starburst effect combined with AudioFX VST plug-ins. However, I also managed to render videos with the Starburst effect exceeding two hours in duration without incident, which means the error is reproducible but inconsistent.
