It has always been working for me. I just checked. I also remain always logged it.

Suggest you contact Support with an email if you still can not connect.

VEGAS Support: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/

Click "VEGAS PRO" and then scroll down to the opening page to "Contact support". Proceed as advised there.

The procedure is similar to the one described in the linked magix.info support document.

Another user had success after clearing the webview cache here:

"c:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\21.0\WebView2\"
