It looks like a choice between the two- a lower price billed annually or slightly higher price paid monthly. Both shouldn't be selected I think.

The "Order summary" does show two alternative "payment cycles" so the advice from RogerS seems correct (even though Purchasing details say that "The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract").

I already sent them an email 1 day before the renewal of the contract, as per the terms and conditions about cancellation of 1 month payments. No one responded to me, and I got charged the following day. Their cancellation policy is so stupid. Contact them again and reference the message you sent and when you sent it. Companies are capable of filing refunds. Otherwise dispute with your credit card company.

I totally agree with you. I am also trying to cancel my contract but no one responds to my email.

Use your order number from the order confirmation email if you do not find a customer number. (I did mention that here in my reply to you.) And please keep your specific issue in one thread only.

i can't find any of the sections you mentioned, the links you give are redirecting me to nowhere, this is very frustrating man, i need to cancel and get a refund
