Vegas Pro 365 Cancellation Please.

Hello I want to cancel my Vegas Pro 365 subscription, I have emailed both shop@magix.com and sales@magix.com for help however it wasn't helpful. I also contacted Magix by phone however I am left waiting until the call shuts off. I want to cancel my Vegas Pro 365 subscription because I don't use it anymore and I am on Mac now so it is useless, please can someone help me I will be thankful

"Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. If you cancel your order within 14 days, you will receive a complete refund. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net"

I'm also looking to cancel as well since I just spent $3000 on a MacBook pro which isn't supported. I've built pcs from scratch for decades now leap of faith to mac will see how it goes.

Basically, to cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer/order number to: infoservice@magix.net

@jack-clarke that is really odd. But if that really is the case, please read: Basically, to cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer/order number to: infoservice@magix.net and tell them you want to cancel your 365 subscription. OK?

Just ignore what's on the left (if that's what you mean). Try doing as follows:

In the Subject box, write: Cancellation of Vegas 365 subscription

In the text box, write:

I want to cancel my Vegas 365 subscription, order (or customer) number ****** (replace *s with your number...)

Sign then with your name and add your email address

Click Send
