Hi everyone,

me again.

This time my issue is that when I put videos into the time line the audio appears fine but the video is just black. Both in the timeline and in the preview screen. If I play the video outside of sony vegas (like in windows media player) it plays fine and the video picture is seen perfectly.

The video files are mp4 but I've also tried mov files.

I have looked at youtube videos which suggest uninstalling quicktime and getting an older version. However my computer wont let me download and older version. It keeps telling me there is an error.

Is there any other way to fix this?
