VP 16  I have to register every time I start program. I have already tried de-activating it in my account, un-installing, then re-installing then activating. It still wants me to activate it every time I run it. And how do you contact a Magix support person with a problem? They seem to have hidden that support route. Thanks.

Well yeah I saw the "Support" button of course. I went there looking to find Magix support but all it did was bring me back to the forums.

Anyway, I found my answer. Had to de-activate on my computer, then uninstall VP Pro 16. And then I deleted the Vegas and Vegas Pro folders in ProgramData (which I didn't do before). Then reinstall. So far so good.

Also, I found how to contact Magix tech support. Just had to go thru a few FAQ pages.

Below the "Support" button there is also a very extensive but very well structured FAQ and troubleshooting document that helps in many situations.

Good. Please note though that you want VEGAS Support (not MAGIX Support) for the VEGAS product lines.
