VP22 / VP21 Ram Leaking Issues

I'm currently editing on Vegas Pro 22, but I'm facing significant VRAM leaking issues that cause frequent lag, unsmooth timeline 4K video editing, and sudden 'not responding' errors, often forcing the software to close. My system is powerful, with an Intel i9-12900, RTX 3080 (12GB VRAM), and 64GB of high-speed RAM.

I want to test editing on Vegas Pro 21 to see if it performs better (which i remember it does) I had VP21 installed previously but uninstalled it after upgrading to VP22. Is it possible to officially download VP21 again without having to buy it a second time?

Yes. And rephrased from the comment here; I think you have a 365 licence which AFAIK allows only one active installation at a time - so you have to deactivate your current version, from the program's Help menu if you want to activate an older (or newer) version.

("choose Deactivate the Software on this PC from the Help menu This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required." Quoted from this FAQ p.9)

@vkmast So, I’ll use the same serial number from V22 for V21 by deactivating V22 first. When switching back to V22, I’ll repeat the process.. right? Thank you.

@jetdv Yes.. Perfect! Thank you. I want to download different versions and see VRAM performance while editing.
