according to Magix Vegas product comparisons;
- Vegas Pro Edit  does not include Sound Forge or Acid
- Vegas Pro Edit Plus Suite includes Sound Forge Audio Studio and Acid Music
- Vegas Pro Post Suite)  includes, Sound Forge Pro and Acid Pro

AFAIK, When Sound Forge Pro and Acid Pro are included with Vegas, they do not include the third-party plug-ins Ozone Elements and RX Elements. If you are expecting these audio plug-ins, email Magix for a definitive answer.
