This may apply: "Older versions of Vegas Pro than 14.0 are licensed under a system (as previously used by Sony) which permits use on multiple computers by one user; after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count".

Some versions of Vegas MS13 are actually Magix rebranded versions. Mine, purchased in December 2016, is.

There isn't such a link. Try the Online live chat I gave a link to above. The VMSP 13 serial number starts with 1ST-. (see your MAGIX account > My products).

@vkmast My (Magix) VMSP13 is "1ST".

"P3" came in with VMS14.

So resetting the installation count may be needed as I suggested. Rebranding would not matter.
