Yup, indeed. I am extremely annoyed. I sent another request over to MAGIX, and they better actually do something this time. I really don't understand why we can't just get the latest one. (and luckily, newblue is tested to be working, so, I really hope we just get a newblue effects pack, because again, this is starting to get me mad)

Luckily, MAGIX just emailed me with a nice response stating they are still trying to resolve this, which is nice to know that they didn't forget. Thanks, MAGIX!

Still nothing 10 days later. I also haven't gotten my DVD backup yet, either. (but I understand that because of COVID) I really don't know if they just brushed me off or not. I'm really finding this unfair.

I honestly don't understand why we can't just get the NewBlue effects pack they're offering now. The price for the upgrade is the exact same, so why can't we just get that effects pack? Makes no sense to me.

Alright, I sent another email. This time I was pretty firm with the request since I just want this to end. Hopefully, we'll all get a replacement effects pack soon.

Last week I asked sales support if there's any news on this issue (the second time since July). They replied nearly the same as 2 months ago:

Thank you for your message. We are still looking into this and we can't give a time frame to when it will be resolved. We ask that you continue to be patient and wait for the replacement plug-in.

I don't know why it's taking them 2 months to find a new product, but I guess we'll still have to wait.

Finally, an hour ago I got a replacement plugin "NewBlue Stylizers 5 Imagine"! It is good that the issue is resolved, but it's sad it took so long.

Going to test the plugin this weekend.
