You probably need to (re)install Deep Learning Models 19, link here. If a browser (Chrome) does not download, copy the link text to the browser or use e.g. Edge.

@Marcel-Groot Smart zoom is replaced by an Ai feature "VEGAS Upscale".
I have the same problem. Copy of my post a while ago on the General Discussion thread:
I upgraded from VP18 Pro to VP19 Edit on 2 computers. Computer 1: i5 11600K 3.9GHx 32Gb DDR4 Intel Graphics 750 (no graphics card) Windows10 19043 21H1 I noticed that Smart Zoom and Smart Upscale have been removed from the fx list and replaced by Vegas Upscale. Scaling is greyed out . Zoom works on "smooth" but not on sharp. So I checked on computer 2. Computer 2: i9 10900K 3.7Ghz, 32 Gb DDR4, Nvidea RTX 2080Super Studio driver 471.68 (10th Aug 21) Windows10 19043 21H1 There is no Vegas Upscale fx. I notice it's description (on computer 1) is "Vegas A1 Upscaler" So is this fx part of the Deep Learning module (for colorisation etc). If so, why is the Deep learning module bundled with Vegas Edit? Can I re-install without it? Also, why does it "half" appear on one computer and not the other? Is it only meant for Pro 19 and not Edit?
You have "Colorisation" ie the PRO version. Mine is the EDIT purchase which does not (I didn't want it). This is my point. If Upscale needs Deep Learning why does Deep Learning come with the EDIT version.
@Espadon, I also upgraded the EDIT version from VP18. That said, the correct or whole name is
VEGAS Pro 19 EDIT
As for the AI-filters, sveral people reported they are missing in their machines.
Don't know why, and your graphic card is OK.
Or have you installed the Deep Learning.EXE?
Or is something missing in the Windows system:
Thanks for replying Jellandkeil. I have already uninstalled (Revo) and reinstalled VP19Edit, Deep Learning and reset. I don't want to meddle with the redistributables just yet but I'll look at them.
I am surprised that that you have VP19 Edit installed as Colorisation and Style Transfer both appear in your fx list.
These are only available in the Pro version. See Magix Website. Don't look at the Comparison tab but the Edit tab (no AI mentioned) and the Pro tab (AI mentioned). Have you tried them? Do they work? Does upscale fully work?
AI is in the description of the Upscale fx window.
