Not able to load MP4

I cannot open MP4 files in Movie Studio 14 Platinum (build 91). I get an error that cannot tell me what the problem is? It reads "Warning: an error occurred while opening one or more files.. The reason for the error could not be determined" An example of the files I am trying to import is PXL_20220616_093421858.mp4

1. Update your program first to the latest build: Movie Studio 14 Platinum build 148
2. Give here the MediaInfo of that file PXL_20220616_093421858.mp4 exactly following part 1 of this link: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

Download the latest build from your MAGIX account or MAGIX Download Center and install it.

- Go to your My Products

- Download from there your Movie Studio 14 installation program
