Try to hide the task bar automatically and see if you can go to the bottom.

  • Buy a computer and/or monitor with 1920x1080 pixel dimensions.
  • Forget Vegas 19.

The pixel dimensions of the Vegas 19 Project Properties dialog box is larger than your monitor vertical pixel dimensions even with the Taskbar hidden.
