VP 14 crashes when starting up :(, looks like a plugin is causing the problem, I have uninstalled Titler EX from Magix Movie Edit pro 2016 which I also have, still no luck :(, I will try to see tomorrow ZzzzzZZZZ
Note: Vegas pro 13 start up just fine, anybody knows what is going on here?

From my side it was installed, I started the software without problems.
I downloaded the trial version and it runs great! Playback is much better on my system. The only problem I have found so far is it did not import my windows layouts. I do not want to figure all of that out again. I also did a click on the 'purchase online' and got information on Vegas 13 with no upgrade offers. Maybe it is a bit too soon? Still,
I just found another problem. In project settings, I tell it 'no resample' and check to start all projects this way. After shutting down and starting again the project settings are back to 'smart resample'. So that part does not save properly.
In case Vegas Pro 14 is crashing when trying to start older projects migrated from V13, this may also be caused by certain type of media. Sometimes it helps starting a new, empty Vegas Pro project and then opening existing projects from the File menu.
Be sure you disabled to always start last saved project in "Options/Preferences".

This didn't work but thanks, problem fixed tho, had to delete "Titler EX for Sony Vegas" folder in: Local Disk (C)>Program Files>NewBlue and now it's working just fine
You could have moved TitlerEx from the c:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlue folder. Would have been a better way to remove the plugin from where VEGAS Pro 14 could see it.
