Vegas Pro 16 register every time I open?

Hello,

I had to replace my motherboard and the first time opening Vegas Pro 16 I got an error code of 59. I uninstalled/reinstalled and now I have to register Vegas Pro 16 (build 424) every time. I still have the original install dvd, but I downloaded for the most recent install.

Is there a solution to not have to register every time I open?

Did you also first go to your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate your device?

Yes after the new install I deactivated the older PC associated with Pro 16. Now only the current computer is listed. Are you saying to deactivate this new install from Feb 2nd?

Not sure about that, but if you do, deactivate from the Help menu of the software (that can be done as often as you wish). The MAGIX account option can be used only once a month. (See this FAQ, item 9.)
