Vegas19 edit is freezing with a 'not responding' error message

Can someone tell me why my Vegas 18 & 19 edit software freezes when I try to play video files. I can do nothing and must close the program now. It was working fine until the updates.

I am running windows 10 on both my laptop and my desk computers and they automatically are updated by microsoft as I cannot cancel the updates.

What video files and where it came from?

Is it a camera recorded file or screen recorded media?

Mediainfo data can help for analyze:
