video stop rendering and video Fx only shows when i close the Fx windo

I'm having trouble rendering my video, the aproximate time left reaches 00.00 and it doesn't finish rendering, i had this same trouble a while back, and the support told me to

click Options > preferences > video tab, turn “GPU acceleration of video processing” to off, and set “dynamic RAM preview” to 0, click apply and OK.

I didn't change anything, but the problem returned...

Other issue i'm having is the video Fx, when i'm ajusting the levels of any of the video Fx, i cant see the difference, it only appears when i close the Fx window...

How can i get help for these issues?

Maybe you did not but are you sure that maybe a Windows update did it.
Make sure those settings are still the ones you had changed

What GPU uses your hardware for the program?
What version of Vegas?
Which Operating System?

The operating system is windows 10 i believe... vegas is pro16

I will aske it otherwise:

1. Are you working at laptop or desktop
2. Open in your picture of your Preferences you showed the Video tab as you did and tell us what you see if you click this button
