Software data bases are not migrated yet, so you will still find them at Sony Creative Software.

Grazie wrote on 9/24/2016, 8:41 PM

Thanks Marco. This must mean that nobody can see their software.

Marco. wrote on 9/24/2016, 8:43 PM

Mmh, at least yesterday I still could see mine there.

Marco. wrote on 9/24/2016, 8:50 PM

Just checked, still works for me.

Grazie wrote on 9/24/2016, 8:50 PM

You could see them yesterday where? Here or on the SCS site?

Marco. wrote on 9/24/2016, 8:55 PM

I am seeing them right now at SonyCreativeSoftware.com.

Grazie wrote on 9/24/2016, 9:00 PM

So do I.

I was asking if anybody can see their software here, on the MAGIX site. And what I understood from you, none have been migrated over, yet.

Marco. wrote on 9/24/2016, 9:04 PM

That's what I meant to say above. Software database is not yet migrated

Grazie wrote on 9/24/2016, 9:08 PM

Thank you Marco. So nobody can see their software, here on the MAGIX site.

Marco. wrote on 9/24/2016, 9:16 PM

Right now, still and only on your old SCS accounts. In future, here on your Magix accounts.

For Vegas Pro 14 if already bought and registered:

- Goto Magix.com
- Click onto the account button in the upper right – It will open "My Account/Mein Konto".
- Type in your mail adress and your account password
- Select "My Software/Meine Produkte"

This will offer you download of the Vegas Pro 14 installation file, manual as well as your personal serial.

.

m2016 wrote on 9/25/2016, 9:42 AM

That is right. As written in some other threads we are actually reworking the whole technical serial and actication processes. After finishing that in a couple of weeks we're switching to our servers. It might take some weeks until all users will find all their serial numbers in their accounts because they are not just a few hundreds ;) But all the transfered serials should work directly after the switch.

V14 has a MAGIX serialnumber so you'll find it after the registration in your Account at www.magix.com.

QUITTER, YOU JUST OPENED YOUR DOWNLOAD FILES TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO DO SO!

I actually tested one with an .exe but didn't continue after I was told to select a folder.

Quitter wrote on 9/25/2016, 12:43 PM

changed, but this was not my software, the links are always open

PS: now Vegas is listed there too🙂

Yes, a My Products section now and Deactivate license option. Very handy if you had to reload Windows or when you get a new computer. Great job, this is what I wanted to see.

NickHope wrote on 9/27/2016, 11:02 AM

Right now, still and only on your old SCS accounts.

Since today they are not all there anymore.
Only earlier versions of the software.
For the last versions, bought at Sony, you will be redirected to the rebranded version on the Magix site.

For me the whole lot has gone from SCS now. I guess they couldn't wait...

...and still not appeared at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ . Thankfully I have all the installers and serial numbers and screenshots of my orders. I'm sure many users don't.

If this had been handled correctly between SCS and MAGIX, there would have been no gap in availability of this information.

marc-s wrote on 9/27/2016, 11:06 AM

Mine are still on Sony and I just pulled then numbers.  Thanks for the reminder!

vkmast wrote on 9/27/2016, 11:06 AM

Some of you may still have time to take screenshots. I see them at the moment still. Be quick if you see them.

NickHope wrote on 9/27/2016, 11:07 AM

Take screenshots so you know what add-ons were bundled with what purchase. And grab all those funny little installers for the add-ons too. They might be hard to trace later.

NickHope wrote on 9/27/2016, 11:09 AM

... and I bet some of those little 3rd party installers don't make it to the MAGIX site.

MikeWaz1949 wrote on 9/30/2016, 5:35 PM

Trying to find the latest update to VP13, and getting redirected to Magix VP14 web page. I wouldn't mind upgrading, but as a long-term user, I am outraged that I can't get a discount on the new version. At least let me get the latest update, please.

MAGIX updates/builds of VPro 13 are re-brandings.
