It seems that you have bought your software from a third-party supplier, so please see if this comment helps. On weekdays you could also try and contact Online Live Chat, advice here, section 6.

See, that is the issue. This forum is where I was sent after spending time to look for an easy link email support. However, I did receive a refund from Amazon. Reading the reviews this same issue was happening 1 year ago and the same issue still going on? Unacceptable! Try navigating the support system for MAGIX, no easy way to send a simple support email... for an issue that has been known for a year...
I have navigated the support system successfully. The advice here (link included in this post) is pretty straightforward. Note that this forum gave you links to Support, "easy" is relative.
