Changing Windows 7 -> Windows 10 and I cannot activate the account

I have a Sony Vegas Pro 16 (Build 424). Since 2019, he has been working on Vegas 16. I changed the SSD to a new one and Windows 7 to Windows 10. All other devices unchanged. I cannot activate the program. There is a new system in my Magix account. I turned off Windows Defender. I've disabled firewalls. I reinstalled the program (deleted all files - installation.ini).
Please help me.

I'm going to assume that you don't actually have  an issue with your Internet connections since you managed to post here.

Log on to your Magix account (not Sony) here:

https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Under My Products / Show More Details you'll find a list of your registered software and the hardware that is in use.

For your Vegas Pro version of interest, pick a machine that you no longer have and/or wish to use and Deactivate it. Try that activation one more time with feeling.

Did the OP try what @john_dennis suggested above? If he cannot find a solution here, he may need to contact Support (advice here) and include his email address and the serial number in his support request. (Please note that "Sony has nothing to do with Vegas Pro 14 [to 19] unless you have some sort of pirated version of the software.")

Problem solved. I connected to the internet via my mobile phone and it worked. Windows 10 connects differently than Windows 7. Thank you for your help.

@Krzysztof-Musiaa I am still sure it should not be Sony Vegas Pro 16. There is no such version.
