How do I receive my free upgrade to Magix Vegas 20 Edit

I bought Magix Vegas Edit 19 with free upgrade to 20. I received an email saying 20 was here. I cannot find any where to download the upgrade without paying. The support site is convoluted and hard to navigate. Can any one please tell me how to do this, nothing else seems to work.

If you don't receive the mail with the necessary details in a week or so, try asking at shop@magix.net

Having trouble getting my pre-order serial number too. Did the ticket and got this response:

Dear Customer,

please check your spam folder as the serial numbers and download links have been sent out.

I responded by asking them to resend but nothing yet. If that fails too, I'll ask they just register the serial number into my magix account... though I've never known them to do that in the past.

2 emails arrived this morning with the vp20 serial number. 1st around 2am edt from the trouble ticket I filed. 2nd around 7am in response to the shop@magix.net email I sent based on the suggestion above.
