Are legacy HEVC and AVC unchecked in preferences, file io?

If so what type of file is it? Please provide MediaInfo using the program by that name.

"Sony vegas pro" support is not involved.  If you don't receive an answer to your question here on this user to user forum, get in touch with VEGAS Support through https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/

@Xengpao-THAOCHERCHING Some additional info is needed. Like the version of Vegas you have... Sony Vegas 13 and older versions might not have the lut fx needed to work with log clips... you may need to apply the appropriate lut to the footage before importing. Or upgrade to a Magix Vegas version which lets you load luts into the project together with the log clip.

yes.... it is Sony vegas pro 20

The last Vegas made by Sony was vp13. You should try and get an update made my Magix.

There is no Sony VEGAS Pro 20.

Try answering the other questions like MediaInfo. Just because it's log doesn't tell us what kind of file it is.

Finally. They do seem to have imported and are on your timeline so what's the problem?

If you do not have enough frames per second for the preview during editing, try to reduce the preview quality.
