My video is also accepted bij the headoffice off my choir. There is alot with permits, for the song and also enought for the choir. We have about 30 under the same name. But they liked is so much that I can show it public. Thanks for you support everyone.

There will bemore. Maybe for my own company to. teaching and promotion material. But that's a whole other line off video making. I have to practise alot in front off the camera to have nice video matrial for that 😜

Yeah. My insurance is to clear everything up with the publishers and performers before rehearsals begin -- Limited Performance rights, mechanicals, credits, royalties if any, performer's releases and indemnification, exclusive image and description rights, and more.

Having had a "little" experience with these things (signature below), I can tell you that just having your ASCAP, BMI, and other memberships current can grease the wheels in the trenches far better than having a lawyer do all the work, although you should always have one in the wings for guidance.

My favorite story is about sweet-talking one of RUG/ALW's staff into a Limited Exclusive to perform "Whistle Down the Wind" title song in 2000, before it was released for performance in the US. In this case it was BMI that made the difference, along with initiating personal communication with the publisher. The Broadway show flopped (not ours), beautiful music.

Do you happen to know if this was done with Vegas Pro?

Tom Marley, the videographer and editor of the MSO video (which BTW was released only 2 days ago) replied:

I used Premiere Pro to do the initial synchronization work of lining up all the individual performances to each other. I then took the project over to After Effects to do the grid layout and animation work. All up the project took around seven days to complete, including the filming work.

Production and post-production in seven days - truly incredible.

Though I imagine that the base soundtrack would have to have been recorded before filming.

I was going to guess After Effects. It just had that precision look to it.

This giving me the idea of my next online choir project... and yes, my quick test on cropping arranging the choir in VEGAS Effects probably much faster than in VEGAS Pro.

Even can play with Z position, closer and further from the camera... except for sync work... well, just do experiment while going.

You're right - just unbelievable - I can only imagine that the videographer had already done a similar project before and now knew exactly what and how it was to be done.
The sound is so perfect, I also agree with you that it was recorded beforehand.
