Transfer of SCS serial numbers

The migration process is using the normal internal processes to add a product to the customer - and in that case you'll see the date when that happened in our system.

Forgive me. I'm confused, and in addition to that I was wondering is the new set of S/Ns I got in email this morning are related to the transfer from Sony or if there was another glitch.

I own many Sony products and had many listed there. I had not yet upgraded to MSP14 from Sony MSP13 until yesterday (02/24/2017).

All seemed well yesterday. Installed and registered with the S/Ns that came with the initial upgrade conformation - ran the apps, plugged in the S/Ns and was able to do some quick work to see all was OK.

This morning (02/25/2017) I get an email from Magix that the S/Ns were sent incorrectly to some folks that upgraded. No problem there. Stuff happens.


1) Are the codes I got on 02/24/2017 invalid even though they worked?

2) Do I need to reregister using the new S/Ns?

3) What should I REALLY do? Nothing? Anything? Something?

4) Which S/Ns are the real codes for MY account?

Got them, answering here, because good to know for other users too:

There was a mistake in the serial number for "NewBlue VEGAS Movie Studio 14 Platinum Complete", in the second mail only this serialnumber was fixed. The other ones are the same as in the initial mail so you don't need to do anything except archiving the latest email and have fun with the product. ;)

Sony Creative Software sold many of their programs to Magix last year.

Hello! I tried to install Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 on to my new computer however it will not install it continues

to get stuck on the net frame work 3.0 and it won't finished the installation, I have a HP 64 bit Windows 10 Home
