@wally-stall5348 try infoservice@magix.net (and please don't cross post, i.e. spread around the same content in multiple categories, see Community rule #3).

@wally-stall5348 we already know you have that problem. You need to try and contact infoservice@magix.net

I'm sure they'll respond after the current holidays.

I tried contacting them. There response was in German.

I tried contacting them. There response was in German. Who are you? Are you employed by Magix?

There response was in German

Use Google Translate or another online translation option to translate to your preferred language. So easy!

Given that it is the weekend as well as being a holiday period, the reply is probably a standard "we'll get back to you asap" response.

Are you employed by Magix?

Suggestion. There are so many threads that it is impossible to find what you need. And finding basic things like customer service on anything again is impossible to find what you need

wally-stall5348 wrote on 12/25/2022, 1:57 PM

And when you can't find what you need you get scolded by you for not being on the correct thread when there is so many threads that need to be deleted. There is threads that are years old that no one has posted on on years.

vkmast wrote on 12/25/2022, 2:39 PM

@wally-stall5348 you have not been scolded. You were only reminded of the Community rule #3. Rule #2 includes the link to the VEGAS Support process as does the "Support" on the black bar at the top of this page. There's also a pinned post on how to contact Support (click here).

And there is an option to create a new Post (topic) if you don't find a relevant thread. I see you have done that previously when you joined the forum early this year, so you know the method.

Please understand that many old threads are still important sources of information and keeping them available has been widely requested. And some tips for using the Search (Find) feature here.
