The most logical and sensible thing I've read so far ... and you're absolutely right whether the company likes it or not

And by the way...
A refund must be done to the bank account not in Steam credits, that's not a proper refund.
In the other hand, if the idea is to get a refund in steam credits in order for customers to get the programme again with a new license, then the refund should be made not by the sale price but by the current price so customers can acquire the product again.
I'm not saying that's Vega's responsibility, that's on Steam. Just wanted to clarify that fact, so you can stop addressing the issue by making a false recommendation with the (apparently) sole purpoise of tricking customers into making a mistake by having a moderator providing misinformation. A moderator who doesn't work for Vegas, though speaks as a loyal employee. In which case, if I wanted to demand Vegas for its employee’s misbehaviour, I won't be able to, as moderators don't work for the company.

Just saying.

Cheers mates.

Exactly the reason why I made the comments before.

@lucas-r
Please leave the moderators out of this. They are simply users just like you and cannot solve this problem for you. The difficulties you are having with the software is not their fault. We are working with Steam to rectify the situation. The only solution for you at this point as we work this out is to ask Steam for a refund and to either repurchase the product from us directly( or through another trusted vendor) or wait until we make it available again on Steam.

ok then tell steam to give me back my money IN MY CREDIT CARD, not as steam credit that's converting real money to monopoly money, I didn't abuse the price and you are not giving me a real solution
