Alternatively use Plug-in Manager to show Media Generator.

So far I found there is one incompatible OFX Media Generator, and temporarily moved it away from OFX folder fix the problem

Thank you Set. Can you tell me which OFX Media Generator it was and where it was located on the hard drive?

located here: C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX

for my 'temporary place', I usually make manual folder like:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX off

and then move the problematic ofx here.

So far my experience, the FBmn Border software causing this issue in this current build.

Seem to be getting an error while trying to update from Vegas Build 284 to Build 373 on my laptop. No issues with the same update on my desktop. Any workaround without having to delete and reinstall everything?

See if this thread helps.

Looks like the Media Generator Tab/FBmn Border issue was corrected with the latest build 434. It now works on my PC.
