VEGAS Pro 19 Update 4 (Build 532) - wrong final file - 0 KB

Hi!

I installed a new version of Vegas, version .532

 

And the trouble started. I can't render the mp4 file which I had no problem with before.

 

I am attaching screenshots of the next steps - everything worked until yesterday. The last photo shows the final file. Please help.

@Adam-Wicher Have you checked your render options to make sure that you're not just rendering the loop region that you have showing?

Genau das gleiche Problem bei mir.Version 532.

vorher keine Probleme. Bin zurück auf die vorige Version. Funktioniert wieder.

As a test, try rendering with GPU acceleration disabled.

From the Vegas Help menu, check for video driver update.

I wonder if there's an issue with non English OSes.

Maybe best to try and contact Support (advice here). Please include the serial number of your software and your email address with your support request. It might help in solving the issue.

@chengquan100 What language is your version of Windows? Do you use NVENC or VCE render templates?

After Render Any Video, Rendered File Size Is 0 Byte !!!

I Install This Version Vegas In 2Pc And LopTop Asus ROG Series , This Problem Not Solve.

I Installed Old Version.

Please Solve This Problem.

My Lang Is English And Nvenc or VCE Test and Everything Test But, Problem Not Solve....

I am not able to log in to Vegas Hub after install of latest build of Vegas Pro 19. I have been using Vegas 365 and Vegas Hub successfuly so far, but after installing the latest build I am not able to log in to Vegas Hub.

I got the error: "Login incorrect". I reset password, but I still got the error "Login incorrect". I think that it is not the issue with invalid password, because error message refers to login account.

I am sure that I type a valid login, because I have been using this login so far, and when I used forgotten password feature to recover my password, I got an email from Magix to reset my password, so my email login is correct. If the email account was wrong, I wouldn't have got the email from Magix.

Can you help me fix the issue? I have just issue a ticket to the support team from Vegas, but I worry that they reply after 2-4 business days, so I should get the response from Magix team nearly Wendsday :(. I need the Vegas Hub features to edit videos asap.

I am 42. I have been creating videos since 2009 (the date when my first daughter was born in). My first video software was Pinnacle, next one was Sony Vegas 8 (I am not sure if remember it correctly). I am also a developer and wedding movie operator and editor. For example: I have created an Android app which let me control Vegas Pro rendering progress level on Android smartphone. I created it for fun, because I also love programming. I also created my own plugin for Audio To Text feature specified usage from Vegas Pro 19. I created proxy creation plugin which uses multiple GPU threads (maximum 3) to create proxy files for Vegas Pro. I also written many others plugin/softwares which enhance my video editing, also wedding editing.

Camera/video camera: Sony FX3, Sony A7 III, Sony FDR AX 100, Canon 5D Mark III, GoPro Hero Black 7,8,9,10

Same problem since updating to 523.

I feel better with this posting that proves I am not the only one on the issue lol.

I contacted and sent system information file that they had asked me.

Hope they solve this issue asap.

Using Vegas Pro 19, Build 532, English language , Windows 10 Pro (german) ; Loop region rendered with Magix AVC/AAC mp4 (2160p, 25fps), normal result , not 0kB . Even with NVENC

Maybe you stay with Build 532 and use voukoder as a workaround meanwhile?

I recommend using Voukoder in the mean time, the renders are better quality anyway, and usually render faster. Or, Render + from Happy Otter Scripts (tools4vegas.com). Voukoder is a bit easier to use because it appears as a video format in the VEGAS "Render As" menu.

Same problem. However, when rendering to other directory where projec file (.veg) resides, render works.

Thank you for this tip. It works when I render in another drive (but dont if I render in subfolder of project).

VEGAS Pro build 550 has just been released. A bug fix there: "Issue where files could be rendered out and had 0 file size has been resolved.".
