VEGAS Pro 19 Edit, offered along with Sound Forge Pro 15 and some music software for just $25 in Humble Bundle's VEGAS Pro Creative Frontier software bundle.

The Humble Bundle deal generally comes around once a year and is very good value for fairly recent versions of these applications.
