Web site crash buying vp22 update

Get this screen trying to buy the vp22 2-for-1 pre-release offer:

All goes well till the screen for entering a Visa-card number fails to come up. Tried with both Firefox and Edge with same result. The offer expires in 2 days so I hope someone at Magix can fix this in time.

Also tried Chrome Browser.... got the same "Unexpected Exception" error message but this time it was after editing the credit card info.

Apparently customer support is seeing reports of this as well. The IT team has been notified.

Fixed! I was able to successfully complete my purchase just now from the US site and immediately got the confirming email with the additional vp21 serial number. The vp22 serial number should be sent separately when released. The 2-for-1 offer is scheduled to expire 7/28/2024 (tomorrow) which might foreshadow the vp22 release date. In the past they've never extended the 2-for-one offer after the new version was released. So order now if you can use vp21 simultaneously on a couple more machines.

Btw, was the offer you quoted an email (from news@letter.magix.com) or the official website one?

I wonder if that offer is actually legit.

Yesterday I simply entered the url from Howard's picture in the browser's control line.

@ArthurNeeman of course I have read it. I actually quoted it and used that offer myself. It is legit. Expecting to receive my (additional) VP 22 license in a couple of days.

I was not referring to that offer. I asked @snibchi1: "was the offer you quoted..." Please see the offer in the screengrab from @snibchi1 and see also his reply to me.

Too silent here! :) Everyone received their copy of V22? I received in Aug 1. Nice bundle - new plugins. Took lot of hours of testing. But mainly I test performance of V22. It renders 3 times slower than V20. Sadly.
