The software keeps crashing. does it have anything to do with my windows 11? I have the vegas pro 19 and it always crashes after a few minutes of editing.
Probably not caused by Windows. Did it ever work well? Any clue as to what triggers the crash? When you click show problem details on the crash report what shows up?
I have no idea. it always did problem on my computer, like the software is not fast enough and then it crashes. I already tried to delete and download it again several times and I have no Idea why it keeps happening. I bought it only a year ago...I do have antivirus on my computer and ad blocker...maybe something about it?
@Sivan-Matzov RogerS was asking you to provide some details not share an answer. If you want help please provide the information requested in Roger's first post.
When it crashes the whole page turns white and it does not open a tab, just 'not responding' and than I need to close the tab... if I want to look at the details what should I press in the software so I can send it to you?
One thing I would suggest to ensure your windows key files are not corrupted is to run the following:
System file check is a utility built into the Operating System that will check for system file corruption. The sfc /scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions where possible. When it cannot repair the damage DISM should be run to fix as many errors as possible.
To run a system file check (SFC) Go to start>Type CMD Right click and run as Administrator Type sfc /scannow
To run a DISM Go to start>Type CMD Right click and run as Administrator Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
I did this on my system yesterday and found there were file errors that the initial scan could not fix fully so I ran the DISM, even this reported some errors. Running SFC again then showed no errors.
Easy to do and worth a check, system file corruption can and is likely to cause system or application crashes.

Unfortunately, there's no magic button in Vegas you can click on that collects all this information for you. But if you get a crash screen, it displays allot of specific info that might be helpful to users like us although it's really designed to fascinate you're filing an official support request.
Unfortunately the Support link above is outdated and gives (at least to me) a 404 error. Please see the VEGAS Support links in this comment. Basically you should reach it through https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/ (.see "SUPPORT new" at the top of this page.).
