1. It's good that the BorisFX forum for Vegas Pro includes a sub-topic called 'Older Software' which is for:

2. Re the background color of BorisFX's forum, i've checked through Preferences and, while it includes a choice of text size, it doesn't look like there's a choice to change the forum background to something else other than the current dark shading.

Not true. It states in the FAQ "Eligible customers will be offered a free crossgrade"

The question at this stage is what are Boris considering as eligible, which I am sure they will clarify.

About perpetual licences it says nothing like that. You were asking about perpetual licences of VP23, right?

I just upgraded to perpetual Vegas Pro Plus for £139.50 included a 25% discount against Magix V23. Boris could see my Magix purchase history even though it is not yet in my Boris account. I tried for free migration to V2026 basic but could only get 25% discount on Plus version. I am happy.

The think is, I already have Continuum Complete 2026 so really don't need any of those plugins. The only thing I would be missing it Mocha Vegas.

@andyrpsmith Would you share a screen shot of the Mocha UI.?

I already have Mocha Pro plugin+standalone & Continuum complete so prob won’t be buying the 26 Plus or Ultimate version but I'm curious as to what they're including.

The new Mocha has improved masking.. that's something I don't have but would like 😢

@Reyfox It is saved in the corresponding directory, for example: C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\BorisFX\Boris FX Hub\{2DA4A214-13EA-4554-A14F-938F7C2814FE}_is1\CrumplePop_vst3_installer-2026.0.25-win.exe

But these offline installers will be deleted after installation, so you need to keep an eye on this directory (AppData\Local\BorisFX\Boris FX Hub) at all times.

@andyrpsmith Thanks, that doesn't look like it has the Mask ML option..

For anyone interested this is what Mocha Pro 2024 looks like, I don't have Mask ML option at the top but you can see there's other stuff at the bottom not inc in Mocha Vegas.

So is Mocha Vegas just part of the program now & if you get Ultimate you do get the full Mocha Pro..

Mocha doesn't overwrite the previous version so that could be interesting, for me $199 (150.95) is a small fee for an upgrade of Mocha Pro'
I wonder if the 26 Mocha Pro version can be used in the next Vegas version or whether it's locked to 26, IE just buy VP27 basic not Plus or Ultimate & still have Mocha Pro to use. (that has prob been answered somewhere, two forums n lots of posts is confusing me 🤯😂)
