I've been having troubles with performance as of late so I was going to perform a reset of my PC which would remove all applications from my computer, notably Vegas Pro, which has specified that if I deactivate it on this PC, I won't be able to reactivate it again later. So I was wondering a few things before going through with it; One, if I reset my PC without deactivating the software, will it retain the settings or anything and I won't have to reactivate it, two; If I reset my PC without deactivating it first and it DOESN'T retain the settings, will it still detect this PC as the same one as before, and I won't be able to reactivate it again, and three; if I reset my PC and I DO deactivate it first, will it again, detect this PC as being the same one and not allow me to reactivate it?
