Why MAGIX sales department is sending blank mails in reply?

I recently (3-5 days before) purchased Vegas Pro EDIT 365 (yearly) subscription.
but due to some reasons I want to upgrade it to Vegas Pro SUITE 365 (yearly).
so to get suggestion I send mail to infoservice@magix.net  but they didn't reply yet.

then I decide to cancel my current contract and re-purchase SUITE 365 version.
so I sent a mail on shop@magix.net for withdrawal from contract of EDIT 365.

but they are assigning ticket number but not write a single word to me like they received my request or something else.

so need help write now.

I am sure that you are aware that forum members and forum moderators are not MAGIX employees and therefore neither group can solve or address your issue other than referring you to the email addresses that you've already contacted. Also, it is now the weekend so on the balance of probabilities MAGIX is not currently staffed in Europe so the earliest a response could be expected is early next week.

Have you checked your MAGIX My Account under My Products because a moderator has suggested before that there was an option there to cancel a subscription.

BTW, I sent a support request (just a simple question) to iZotope some 2 months ago and still have not received a reply other than an auto email to apologise for the delay in responding. Not good customer service to say the least!

Don't know if this has an answer to your question, but from the circled "i"s in Subscription offers in the website's Online Shop:

Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro Edit 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro Edit 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net

My experience is that Magix email is only reliable in the US for users on Outlook or Gmail. It's a DNS thing. If you email from any other domain and do not a response, suggest getting a free gmail email address and try that. That worked for me.
