Thanks @Former userI will do that as soon as I find the Internal menu, In VP-21, "Options> Shift key+ Preferences" does not reveal the internal tab. ????

@rraud Oh! sorry can't help with that i'm still onVP20.
@rraud ... It's SHIFT+Options to show Internal Prefs - which will be at the bottom of the context window that opens. It used to be "Options> Shift key+ Preferences" until some versions ago.

@rraud Didn't read your comment properly, @Dexcon is right 😂👴🧐🙃🤦♂️
Genuine users can't modify it, because modifying it will destroy the digital signature of "vegas210.exe" file, and then give you an "Error code: -72".
Only pirated users can modify it, because pirated hackers have removed the digital signature verification mechanism in vegas210.exe.
So this can also be used as a means for you to distinguish between genuine and pirated users.
So we now can easily distinguish between genuine and pirated users by there splash screen and not only by still wrong naming Vegaspro, Sony Vegaspro...😂
@rock-c Thank you for your disclosure about the splash screen. How did you manage to come up with that solution? Did you hack it yourself? And can hackers be pirated?
... but it would be nice if the splash screen was user customizable. Perhaps using a folder in documents along side of Vegas Script Menu that could rotate among a group of images à la Resolve.

Thanks @Dexcon ! I was using VP-16 prior to VP-21. In which version number was the command changed to access the internal menu ?
It would be nice if the image was user changeable, but hiding it is good enough for me.
That was like some 'who done it?' movie thriller storyline. You got thrown under the bus as the bad guy, but it turns out the actual bad guy was trying to frame you for the crimes he was committing. The shocking twist ending I never saw coming . 5 stars - would recommend
It would be nice if we could change the splash screen in a non-intrusive way :/
Yes, it would be. Do you know of any mainstream NLEs or related pro or semi-pro programs in the audio/video field that allow users to change the Splash screen. TBH, I haven't seen one yet that has that option. BTW, I detest VP21's Splash screen and have turned it off.
I purchased my copy of Vegas Pro 21 and was able to disable the splash screen image by typing in "TRUE" on the internal menu. Of the billions of images that could have been used, I will never understand why they chose such a stupid photo to represent the application.
