I have not been able to update to this build. It keeps going into download mode and then when I try to update now or after closing the program...nothing. Then when I start the program again it tries to update and the process starts all over. Is there a direct link to this build that I can download???

The redirect page fails to load.
I ran into a very annoying bug in this version, can anyone confirm or replicate this?
After making some fine tuning volume adjustings to a Volume Envelope (V or Shift + V), the position control on Event Pan/Crop window gets stuck and I can't adjust anything. Restarting Vegas fixes this issue until I use the Volume Envelope again.
Here's what I'm doing: on any audio layer, enable the Volume Envelope by pressing V. Then hold Shift and click to mark a few points; usually at least 4 to create a fine volume adjustment either increasing or decreasing the volume. I do this a lot. By this point, releasing Shift should make the adding tool go away, but it doesn't; and I believe this is where the Matrix starts glitching. After this, when trying to adjust the position of a clip via Pan/Crop, it doesn't work.
A minor issue, but very annoying to my workflow. Did this happen to anyone else?

Success...sort of. I used Edge to download then install, now it wants to update again and when I select "later" The program crashes. Using Windows 11, Maybe Vegas is not ready for Windows 11.
@marchwill, there is a known bug here that crops up from time to time which we haven't found yet. In the meantime, instead of holding Shift to add points to your line, double-click the line. It's easier anyway. Or, make a time selection that spans the length of the area you want to adjust and just drag the envelope to its new location. VEGAS Pro will add the points for you.

@gary-rebholz Thank you for the reply. I'm glad you are aware of this bug and I hope it gets corrected soon.
As @Ustik mentioned, double clicking is definitely not easier. If I have to adjust 4 quick fades in different levels in an audio clip, for instance, that'd mean holding Shift + about 16 clicks. While I don't consider it hard, it's more work to click about 32 times instead, and during the project this adds up to a lot.
It is, however, a temporary workaround that I will be using while I wait for the correction, along with the selection tip that I didn't know about. Thanks!

@Ustik, uh... different opinions maybe? I'm glad to know yours. Shame on me for not stating my own opinion as "I find it easier". I certainly didn't mean to offend you. Lesson learned. Wouldn't be the first time I needed to learn a lesson. By all means, go ahead and continue to use the Shift key. I'm glad we can give you options. As I said, this issue is known to us. We'll fix it when we can.
@marchwill, do you see the same problem when you hold the Shift key as you draw the envelope as you want it? In my opinion, this could also be a solution that might work for you.
The Speech to Text works great! It saved me a ton of time hard coding in closed captioning for a quick training video. I used text to speech first, then just used speech to text to analyze the generated speech audio. And within a minute, I had the entire 2 minute video captioned.

It's a really amazing and extremely useful resource, but it still has little publicity. Until then only Adobe Premiere had this feature, but now VEGAS Pro also has it and this information needs more to be more publicized in the world of video editing.

For some unknown reason it is not possible render file to same directory where project file is located. Resulted mp4 file is 0. When rendering parent dir for example, file is created successfully.
Hi! I've just updated to Build 532 and I have an issue when I try to render a video with MAGIX/AVC codec.
I used the same video and same render profile and it was ok with previous version.
Now, the render generates a 0 octets video file. I tried with nvidia NV or Mainconcept AVC : Same result! Any idea ?
