just updated and instant crashes can't even open the program
I have the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled VP22 twice. Does not start after upgrading to build 122. Any ideas? (And yes, I have a legit copy)
For those with a French language install (la langue française)
When Vegas is correctly installed but does not start up, be aware that the French language install is an issue in some cases, however there is a workaround:

Hier ist noch viel Arbeit bis die Kolorierung brauchbar ist. Treffsicherheit und Auswahl ist arg daneben. Da wird ein Gesicht relativ gut eingefärbt, dagegen Arme und Beine verschlimmbessert (Bild). Dies ist kein Einzelfall, sondern geht quer durch meine Foto-Collage.

This update got me into big problem. I ve got a deadline today and after update to built 122 in Vegas 22 program is not starting. I have english version. I need to solve this today or i am dead.
@Jakub-Chochula ... if build 122 is not working for you, try rolling back to build 93 by uninstalling build 122 and then installing build 93 from this forum link: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-where-can-i-download-vegas-pro-and-other-vegas-software--104782/ under point 7.
Vegas Pro 22 build 93 has been rock solid. Not a single lock-up or crash through several multi-hour sessions. So I'll wait a little longer before updating to the next release.

VEGAS 122 also doesn't launch for me. Installs okay, all the files are in Program Files, but when I try to launch, I get the little spinning thing for a couple of seconds then nothing happens.
This just started happening to me after several days of no problems.
@JaredF Perhaps there are some Vegas executables still processing in the background - check the windows task manager (maybe a mouse click when launching Vegas registered 2x Vegas). Best to restart (not just power - shut down, nor sleep, but select power - restart) your PC to make sure the memory is purged.
Hi,
After update up to 22.122 I have audio problem - something like bad sampling rate. The voice has much lower tones (a woman speaks and it sounds mach lower than a man is speaking) and drop outs can be heard. The playback speed is correct.
Please help.

@Krzysztof-G Why are 21 and 22 using different media decoders? In preferences/ file io uncheck "enable legacy AVC" or "experimental HEVC" decoding.
If you want to make such a file available for testing please upload it to a site like Google Drive and we can confirm if it affects all systems (22khz AAC should work but...)
While I don't have any problems starting/using Vegas 22.x (I just did a 4-hour session of 4xFHD multicam editing without issues), I have noticed serious problems using High DPI-enabled VST3 plugins (Izotope's ones in my case): plugin's window is non reizable.
As a counter-proof, same plugins are correctly displayed on the same machine with Audacity instead.

I have a persistent problem on this version (22.0 . Build 122), but which was already present on the previous version.
When I record video screenshots with OBS in .flv that I then convert to .mp4 and put them on the timeline, there are many problems in the preview window. Some passages are repeated in a loop, the sound is not synchronized with the image ... And if I cut the video it is even worse. Some passages are before others when they should be after ...
