Just installed build 424.. tried to use Slow motion and there is no "analyze" button???

In VP19 is the Slow Motion plugin running in realtime. The "Analyze" step is not needed anymore for new projects. I hope you enjoy this improvement.

I just got Pro 19 on Saturday and today I downloaded the latest update. On Saturday it was running fine on my Windows 10 PC but now it refuses to even launch.

I paid for a program that has now been screwed up and will not even start, please post a way to roll back this update or how to get a refund.

@Sr_Garcia @Matthew-Given In this forum you will also have support... but we need more information. Could you send an error report with your name and a short description? Could you give us some information about the crash (screen capture, error message)? Does it work in the previous build? What is the error report ticket?

Well it installed without a hitch, but have found at least 1 bug in the first ten minutes.

@Cmin7669 just had a look at that, mine seems fine 🤷‍♂️

but i have just crashed Vegas, different tho to how it has before, it just froze, normally you click on the screen, it goes opaque & the little blue spinning circle pops up, but nothing this time, couldn't do anything, first time i've ever had this that's why i'm mentioning it.

Closed it with Taskmanager, error report thingy popped up, i sent that in,

Thanks for the update. It's working well. I particularly like the new slider movements when color grading.
I have one query though. I updated my second machine (i5 11600K Windows 11) and on first launch was prompted to update The Deep Learning Model, which I did.
The subsequent launch got stuck at the end of creating windows, the CPU hit 100% for what seemed like ages. I thought there was a problem so stopped the launch with Task Manager (creating an error report - please ignore it) and restarted the PC. The second launch did the same but not for so long and eventually opened normally. It has launched normally ever since.
I noticed that on this machine I have Deep Learing Model 19.1.0.0
On my other machine (i9 10900K Windows 11) I have have not been offered an update and the version is 19.0.0.0
The download link for the Deep Learning Model in the features pdf directs to the 19.0.0.0 version
I know that Windows 11 is not supported yet but is there a download somewhere for the update or is the reason the update has not been notified to the pc because the computer specs do not support it? ie only works with 11th Gen CPUs?

Tried the slow motion with Sony XAVC 4K clip and do not have your issue with a freeze. Does it happen every time?

So far so good. 🙂 No crashes and quick turnaround video projects can be created without hassle.

Maybe one issue related to New Titler Pro 5 that says it has been expired and Titler Pro 6 for Magix says that it is not activated. I checked my serial numbers (365 version) and there are no such serials I could enter. I have not purchased any separate plugins. Is this normal?

RogerS wrote on 11/10/2021, 12:51 AM

Are either titler included in Pro 365? I though it was just Vegas Stream and the related Live2Post. Were they included previously?

Grazie wrote on 11/10/2021, 12:52 AM

@Erkki - I’d “obscure” that other “number” too 😉.

That's a good question- is there a link to download Deep Learning Model 19.1.0.0 if it didn't install automatically? I haven't seen one for download. I assume you tried check for software updates within Vegas and it didn't find anything?

Deep Learning models / A.I. Bundle, usual hassle trying to find. And so far, none of the links that "work" have worked for me on Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Can somebody please just post a link that will allow me to download the A.I. bundle for my Vegas 19 Pro? I have the full Post Suite and even when I download it all again it goes round in circles saying it needs updated or is missing. Magix should really integrate this stuff into the main program if users think it is worth having. Rant over! Ed

The updated download FAQ links seem to work for some of us at least. Please see here. Below a screengrab of the VEGAS POST 19 dlm.

Please check the GPU accelerator of the video processing in the preferences. The slow motion plugin is able to use CPU or GPU (maybe for the plugin is the GPU slower). The i9 (we have a similar test system) should run with 10-15 fps and "Good" in preview.
