In your info it says Rotation 90, have you already rotated it & rendered it?
& what does this window look like?

What i'm thinking is if you have already rotated it & prerendered before importing to Vegas it might have a 16:9 alpha background, like this & it doesn't matter if you move the tabs at the top i mentioned,
This is what that one looks like in the Pan/Crop box
@Yossi-IPO Try swapping the tab around at the top, Border - Pan/Crop
I checked again, swapping the tabs does work with most of the events, not this one. I need to try all, this is a multi event project

Since the update "Event Heal " has been weird. It's deleting random sections..... ????

Hey guys, I'm not sure what happened but now I have a large number of plugins that are missing. Any ideas??
@Jody-Nasworthy Hi, try going to Local Disc (C) - Users - 'your name' - App Data - Local - Vegas Pro - 19.0 (or whatever yours is) delete everything in that folder, Vegas will take a little time to load next time you open it but it will rebuild all those files inc any Plugins

Hi Gid. So I went ahead and reinstalled everything and that worked. Unfortunately, I didn't see your post until after I did that. Thank you so very much for the suggestion, and I will think of that if it ever happens again.
Hello, my last version of vegas pro was version 16 or 17. Now a new vegas pro 19 came out, so I wanted to run away to another software, which is premier pro, and at that time I also bought a new ryzen 7 3700 computer where everything runs smoothly in the premiere pro. Is it worth going back to vegas 19 or is it better to stay in adobe. I mean the smoothness of the program, crashes and new features?
No one can give you a serious answer - the best thing is to try it yourself on your own computer - with the free trial version. That's exactly what this trial version is for.

As said before, you better test it for yourself, but in my experience, Vegas Pro 19 is the first time I see an improvement in stability since Magix took Vegas.
There are some downsides though, Vegas 18/19 really struggle to read some file from my older cameras (Canon 5D Mark IV, Panasonic GH4...) and I have to convert them to uncompressed AVI before working. But the good thing is that the Preview window won't completely crash+close Vegas anymore I'm also not fan of the colours and icons changes in 19 but that's maybe subjective. And 19 introduced some UI bugs (looks like they rebuilt a big part of the UI, it feels "different"... Bug at least one of those bugs is getting fixed in latest built. So, in short, it's the first time since Magix took Vegas that I don't see thinks going only downwards...
