So this is not working for you in MS Platinum 13 (Advanced Edit Mode)?

Musicvid wrote on 3/18/2018, 3:14 PM

OP has not told us if he has Platinum.

vkmast wrote on 3/18/2018, 3:19 PM

No, he has not, only this. Judging by it, he may know they are different. Some of the users of MSP 13 did not notice there are two vastly different Edit modes there.

Correct, that is not working. After I input the 4k dimensions, I get a message that it does not support it. I do not have platinum. When I asked about it from the company, they said this:

"Thank you for your message.
Movie Studio 13 does support 4k video of this format: H.264 / AVC.

Best regards,

So I bought up from MS 12 to 13. Seems like I wasted my money.

So the difference between the versions was not considered before the purchase after all. (Btw., if you do not actually have the Platinum, how are you able to say it's not working in that version?)

Huh? I never mentioned platinum. Just the base version, which the company itself incorrectly said was good to go.
