Did you mention your total used hardware?
I gave you a template that always works with only CPU, if you have other possiblities we don't know, but with GPU help ( Nvenc of Nvidia or QSV of Intel) it goes a lot faster.

I have enabled GPU in the options.

20 min. video at 2.7k is going to take 1 hour.

I think it normally is 1:1

"Normally' with what hardware? 10X may be "normal" for some depending upon their pc. The Render Quality selected also has a bearing on the time required.
