I would like to submit a refund.

I was wondering if I could submit a refund for Sony Vegas 15? I felt that I spent too much money and wants to save money for later. I bought it off of the internet and was wanting to get my money back.

Is there a way?

You need to contact support. This is a user forum so we can't send you any refund.

Contact the seller. If it was Magix:

(Magix software, not Sony/SCS)

You know, Robbie, I think you should give the product and your learning curve a chance. If you will stick with it, I know you will be proud of the result.

Ive started out with sony vegas 10 platinum. So far it looks as if platinum 16 does not have much more to offer. In fact it seems more difficult than pat 10. Im contemplating a refund. What do you think?

I think you should read @Musicvid's comment above.

(As it happens, I started with SVMSP 10 myself.)

@Robbie-Heisel as others have stated you need to go back to the internet where you purchased it and request a refund. Nothing can be done through this forum.

Magix (as almost all others) provide a 30 day trial of their Movie Studio product. By using the trial, you can determine if you feel the product is worth your hard earned money, before you spend it. Magix offers this option so you, as the buyer, are better informed about the purchases you make, and in doing so will become a satisfied customer.

I will also agree with @Musicvid and @vkmast, if you give it some time you most likely will find it enjoyable to use. If the seller will not issue you a refund, I would recommend watching a few tutorials and learn how amazingly capable Movie Studio is. It really is quite powerful, yet easy to use, and in my opinion well worth the money.
