Is this bug ever going to be fixed?

It is annoying to have to remember to always change this setting back to 1 or else Movie Studio will not render a 4K video. It happened in Movie Studio Platinum 16.0 (all builds), now I just downloaded 17.0 Platinum trial and it did the same thing. Seems like this is a known issue, and why don't they fix it?

This is the error...

This is the setting you have to change to 1 to render 4K

Please note also that renders in the current trial versions are limited to projects less than 2 minutes.

This never happened to me, neither in Vegas Pro, nor Movie Studio (Platinum).

Ok but not sure what that has to do with this bug. I know I am not the only one to see it. It is on youtube and on this forum.

Do you ever render anything in 4k?? Have you never heard of this? If you have never seen it that's great for you. Lots of people see it.
