Not possible to render Videos in Movie Studio 15

Hello everyone,

recently I purchased the Creative Freedom Bundle from Humble Bundle.com, which was including different creativity tools such as Vegas Movie Studio 15. Furthermore the program is working pretty fine, nothing crashed so far and I can use effects properly, but since I've installed it, it's not possible to render any projects as MP4 or any other file. The program keeps telling me my series code, with which I originally registered Movie Studio 15, is already in use with another e-mail-adress. Some years ago I've already registered myself at Magix, but only to test out Sony Vegas 14. Might it be the causing of the problem? Because now I used another e-mail and it took the series code without any problems. I desperately want to use this programm, but it's just not letting me render my videos into other formats. Currently it's have been installed on Windows 10 and at another Laptop. The old one is used by my parents since then, so that couldn't be the problem right? Hope someone can help me at this case. Already restart the computer, but still showing me those error messages...

Unless someone suggests a solution that works, try asking Support.

To clarify, Magix is not involved in Humble Bundle's sales and registration handshake system.
