With all of those we've seen recently on this side of the pond, I'd leave 'em raw and unedited. Just butt them together and let them speak for themselves...

MV, yup, I agree. If I think it doesn't add, or worse, detracts from the final, resultant emotion of the "piece", I will shred it.

However, in this section where the OUTTAKES can/could appear are amongst the OUTROs Titles, Thanks etc, which in turn support the OUTTAKES, is working. As you know, there is a long pedigree of OUTRO outtakes: 2000 Blues Brothers; Evan Almighty; Despicable Me 2 appearing as support for the OUTRO Titles, so the viewing public already have a lexicon and awareness of this happening. Adding a light-handed colour Grading and Graphic FXs to these OUTRO OUTTAKEs could just work.

The whole 14 minute piece, shot and edited over 20 months, gradually becomes joyous and celebratory for the community and the staff involved. Hey, the client will have the final say on this.
